Katherine Nash

MSOT

Occupational Therapist

My name is Katherine Nash and I am a graduate from the University of New Hampshire where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy with a Minor in Art and Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. During my time at UNH, I also competed as a Division I athlete where I was a triple and long jumper. I pursued occupational therapy because I enjoy how it is both an art and science, two of my favorite things! It allows me to think creatively and design treatment programs tailored to individuals specific needs and interests. The core values of OT align closely with my own, and I find great satisfaction in witnessing positive impact and facilitating meaningful change in each person's life. For the past few years, I have had great honor working with the exceptional team at Novoleo Therapy and Fitness. This experience has truly shaped my professional journey, particularly in the realm of home-based care. I've had the privilege of witnessing remarkable progress firsthand in this setting. I have also worked in various other settings including acute/inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing and long term care, all of which have contributed to my growth as a therapist. I have most recently completed a certificate in Fall Prevention which directly applies to my work with older adults, enabling me to assist them in maintaining a safe and independent lifestyle within their own home. The Novoleo family has been an invaluable source of knowledge and opportunity, allowing me to implement their innovative treatment approaches and ground breaking technology, which has truly impressed me with its transformative impact on individuals lives. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring local coffee shops, and relaxing at the beach.
